Today the Deputy Mayor of uMngeni Municipality, Sandile Mnikathi, along with Ward 5 Councillor, Hazel Lake were officially introduced to the contractor who will repair the damaged existing corrugated metal stormwater pipe on Karkloof Road.
The contractor will replace the existing pipe with a concrete stormwater pipe by means of pipe jacking. The project duration is six months and the project value is R 9 284 734,42 million.
