uMngeni Municipal residents that applied for the smart IDs and Passports during the recent Department of Home Affairs’ outreach campaign must note that they can collect their IDs and Passports starting on Saturday 5 April to Friday 11 April 2025 between 08h00 and 16h00.
Only clients who have receive an SMS or receive communication from councillors can collect on the relevant days.
