Mayor handed over a flash machine and public phone to informal trader

Last Stop: His Worship the Mayor of uMngeni Municipality, Chris Pappas concluded the day by handing over to Gugu Mazibuko, an informal trader who also trades  at the Howick taxi rank, a flash machine and a public phone.
