OPERATION SUKUMA SAKHE
Operation Sukuma Sakhe is a Programme that is a call for us to rebuild our communities. It is a call for the people of KwaZulu-Natal to be determined to overcome the issues that have destroyed the communities such as poverty, unemployment, crime, substance abuse, HIV & AIDS and TB. The programme also aims to provide Government services to communities and households as early as possible through the integration of all government departments. The communities are profiled and the information is brought to the War Rooms by their field workers and Intervention is required from the relevant stakeholders in the Local Task Team.
